ARCC User Support and Services

One of ARCC's primary duties is to support campus researchers in completing their computational research. Our team offers several conduits to support your research endeavors and our End User Support team offers support to all University of Wyoming researchers utilizing our services or outside computational research resources to carry out research goals.

ARCC Service Portal

ARCC's online service portal serves as a starting point to request general services from our team. Please use our service portal and webforms to standardize requests and ensure you as the requestor provide all required information when making requests.

Virtual Office Hours

Visiting our weekly Zoom based office hours is a great way to get one-on-one help for your specific issues. ARCC hosts office hours weekly over zoom.
Weekly schedule:
Tuesdays from 11:00am-1:00pm*

If unavailable during scheduled office hours, you may request consultation through the service portal.

Asynchronous Training

ARCC and UW Libraires have collaborated to create several Digital Tool Tutorials on using ARCC services or more general topics that are related to research. Linked in the footer of each page on this documentation.
