Software on GannettPeak

Software is available on GannettPeak through preinstalled modules. These modules are accessible using the LMOD system. Please review the Using Software on HPC Page for directions on utilizing the LMOD system on ARCC HPC Clusters.

Installing on your Own

To install your own software there are several methods including, Virtual Environments (conda), Apptainer Containers, as well as compiling form source.
