Transferring Data on GannettPeak

Transferring data on/off GannettPeak is possible through a number of different methods with different parameters for each.

  • Command line tools such as, SFTP, rsync, or rclone (with ssh keys)
  • Globus with UWyo Accounts (Not possible with ARCC-Only accounts)
  • The Open OnDemand web interface (Small files only)

Using Open OnDemand to Transfer Data

Please be aware that there is a limit of 5GB per transfer using Open OnDemand. Anything larger will not work and possibly cause issues down the line.

GannettPeak Project Limits

Please keep in mind that access to running jobs on GannettPeak is limited to a year. However, any data in an GannettPeak project will be available to transfer for a 3 month period after the project end date.
